HUD Security Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by HUD Security ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client" or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

HUD Security offers various security services, including but not limited to on-site security guards, mobile patrols, surveillance and monitoring, access control, event security, and security consulting. Specific services and terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement between HUD Security and the Client.

3. Payment Terms

  • Invoices: Invoices will be issued as specified in the service agreement. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest at a rate of [insert rate]% per month. HUD Security reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

  • Pricing: All pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ notice to the Client.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Access: The Client shall provide HUD Security personnel with access to the necessary areas and information required to perform the agreed services.

  • Cooperation: The Client agrees to cooperate with HUD Security and follow all reasonable instructions and guidelines provided by our personnel.

  • Notification: The Client must promptly notify HUD Security of any security incidents, breaches, or relevant changes in circumstances.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • Insurance: HUD Security maintains comprehensive insurance coverage, including liability insurance, to protect against potential claims.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUD Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

  • Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HUD Security, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Client’s use of our services.

6. Termination

  • Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Termination by HUD Security: HUD Security may terminate the service agreement immediately if the Client breaches any of these Terms or fails to pay for services rendered.

  • Effects of Termination: Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information related to the services provided, including but not limited to security procedures, client data, and business operations, except as required by law or with prior written consent.

8. Amendments

HUD Security reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client and will become effective 30 days after such notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert jurisdiction].

10. Entire Agreement
